SYMPTOMS
========
 
In the balloons that describe the keyboard shortcuts for "Go back to
previous room" and "Go to any room," a colon character is appended to the
text. You do not need to type the colon in order to get the shortcut to
work.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To go back to the previous room, hold down the CTRL key and press the B key
(CTRL+B).
 
To go to any room, hold down the CTRL key and press the G key (CTRL+G).
 
STATUS
======
 
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem
and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
