SYMPTOMS

If you are using Microsoft Bob and the Genoa 256-color display driver
version 1.6 for Microsoft Windows, your computer will stop responding
(hang).
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this problem, do either of the following:
 
 - Call Genoa Systems Corporation at (408) 432-8324 to obtain an updated
   version of the 256-color Genoa Windows 3.1 display driver.
 
   -or-
 
 - Use the Super VGA 256-color display driver that is shipped with
   Microsoft Bob, Microsoft Windows, or Microsoft Windows for Workgroups
   3.11.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
The Super VGA 256-color display driver is shipped with Bob and is located
in the SVGA.EXE file. SVGA.EXE is a self-extracting file and is located in
the MSBOB directory. Copy the SVGA.EXE to an empty directory and run it
from to extract its contents. Please see Chapter 15 of your Microsoft
Windows "User's Guide" for additional information on changing your Windows
display drivers.
