SYMPTOMS
========
 
GTE/NORTHWEST is an On-Line Payee. If your account number does not contain
19 digits, you may receive the following error from On-Line Services:
 
   Your request to Pay or Cancel Payment of $xx.xx to GTE/NORTHWEST by
   xx/xx/xx was not processed. ERROR: Payee information is invalid.
   Please review the payee information in the Payee List and try again.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
GTE/NORTHWEST requires a 19-digit account number. To find your account
number, call GTE/NORTHWEST, or look at the lower-left corner of page one of
your statement. Your account number starts with 01, 02, 03, or 55. To
correct this error do the following:
 
1. From the List menu, choose Payee List.
 
2. Select GTE and enter your 19-digit account number in the box for account
   number.
 
3. Select the transaction in your Account Book.
 
4. From the Edit menu, choose UnVoid Transaction.
 
5. Use Pay On-Line to send the transaction to On-Line Services again.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
On-Line Payees are paid electronically by On-Line Services in one to
two days. The payee information for On-Line Payees in the Payee List
in Microsoft Money 3.0 is downloaded into the EPAYEES.LST file by On-Line
Services. The account number you enter must contain the correct number of
digits for the payment to be processed successfully.
