SYMPTOMS
========

If you write protect the Money floppy disk during setup, you
receive an error message during setup stating:

   Out Of Memory

This error message appears when you write protect the disk at any time
after the Welcome screen appears, but before you choose the OK button when
asked for the destination path.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, choose the Cancel button. Because Setup needs
to write to the floppy disk and modify the SETUP.INI file, remove the
write-protection and run Setup again.

MORE INFORMATION
================

After you receive the error message, if you choose the Retry button, you do
not receive the results you expect (the alert is redisplayed). Removing the
write protect tab on the floppy disk at this point does not resolve the
error.

If the disk is write-protected before you run Setup, Setup gives
you a warning that it cannot continue with write-protected disks.

Money 4.0
---------

Money 4.0 for Windows 95 gives the following Disk Write Failure
message:

   Setup needs to modify a file on
   A:\

   If you have locked your disk with a write-protect tab, please unlock
   it and then click OK.

After you unlock the disk, Money 4.0 completes setup.
