Automap Destination Golf is designed as an add-on product to Road
Atlas version 3.05 for Windows, Automap Pro version 1.03 or later, and
Microsoft Automap Road Atlas version 4.0 for Windows. You must have
one of these products successfully installed to your hard drive and
at least 5 MB of free hard disk space to successfully install Automap
Destination Golf.

Upgrading an Existing Version of Road Atlas with Destination Golf to
Road Atlas 4.0
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If you install Automap Road Atlas for Windows version 4.0 to a
directory that contains an existing version of Road Atlas with the
Destination Golf add-on already installed, you don't need to make
any changes or reinstall Destination Golf. The Road Atlas 4.0 Setup
utility detects the existence of Destination Golf and enables
it in Road Atlas 4.0.

Destination Golf installs the following files to the USA.MAP subdirectory:

   GOLF1.HLP 1,048,962 bytes
   GOLF2.HLP 1,473,869 bytes
   GOLF3.HLP 1,320,085 bytes
   USGOLF.GIN 78,141 bytes
   USGOLF.GAZ 43,330 bytes
   USGOLF.HLP 3,952 bytes
   USGOL2.GAZ 60,914 bytes
   USGOL2.GIN 120,717 bytes
   USGOL3.GAZ 54,659 bytes
   USGOL3.GIN 104,323 bytes

Using Automap Destination Golf
------------------------------

Automap Destination Golf installs an additional database to Road Atlas.

To view the golf course information on the map, enable the Golf
Courses database. From the Options dialog box, located on the Map
Menu, choose Places, or click the Golf icon located on the toolbar.

To display the information window, double-click any of the Golf
icons shown on the map or the Golf Info window for that site. These
data points can also be used as Start, End, or Via points when
planning a journey.

You can also display the Golf Info window by choosing the Golf button
from the toolbar. This window allows you to search for a specific
course, view information for each of the 11,000 golf courses in the
database, and to locate the golf course site on the map by choosing
the Locate button.
