To change an account's opening balance, use the following steps in Bob
Checkbook:

1. When Lexi asks you what you want to do, choose the Other Options
   squishy.

2. Choose the Work With The List Of Accounts, Categories, Or Payees
   squishy.

3. Select the Account List squishy.

4. Select the account you want to edit by clicking on it once with
   your mouse.

5. Select the Review Opening Balance or Other Details of <Your Account
   Name> squishy.

6. Edit the Opening Balance. When the opening balance is correct, double-

When you set up a new account in Bob Checkbook, Lexi asks you for the
ending balance from your last bank statement. This becomes your account's
opening balance. If you do not have your bank statement handy, you may
leave this blank. The new account will have an opening balance of zero.
Later, you can update the opening balance with the information from your
statement.
