SYMPTOMS
========

Online services will not accept a Microsoft Money Apay (Automatic Payment)
that results in the first payment occurring more than 60 days in the
future.

If you enter an Apay with a date of more than 60 days from the current
date, you receive the following error message:

   The payment to PAYEE NAME cannot be made on the date you specified.
   The latest this payment can be made is XX/XX/XX. You can enter this
   date or an earlier date, and Pay On-Line will make sure it gets
   paid on time. Do you want to use this date?

RESOLUTION
==========

Enter payments that require a payment more than 60 days in the future as a
Epay (Electronic Payment) instead of an Apay. Or, wait until you're within
60 days of the initial payment before entering the Apay.
