SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you try to save a Bob Address Book file, you may receive one of the
following error message:
 
   Total Bummer! Error creating file on disk.
 
   -or-
 
   No Address book here.
 
CAUSES
======
 
The error message can occur if you save more than 999 Address Book files to
any one directory or floppy disk.
 
The error can also occur if a file was renamed or copied to the filename
ABOOK999.UTP in the Bob directory.
 
WORKAROUNDS
===========
 
To avoid the error message, use one of the following solutions.
 
Solution 1
----------
 
If you are saving Address Book files to a floppy disk, make sure the
disk contains fewer than 999 files.
 
-or-
 
Solution 2
----------
 
If you are saving to your hard disk drive, move the file ABOOK999.UTP  from
your Bob directory to a floppy disk to make room for the new  file.
