SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a Bob Letter Writer document, even if you use text with
color formatting and print on a color printer, the text doesn't print in
color.

CAUSE
=====

Bob Letter Writer does not support color printing. To print in color from
Letter Writer you must use Bob WordArt.

WORKAROUND
==========

To create colored text in Bob Letter Writer using WordArt, do the
following:

1. Choose the Add An Object squishy.

2. Select Microsoft Bob WordArt 1.0.

3. Type your text.

4. Click Colors And Patterns.

5. Select a foreground color other than black or white, and choose the
   green check mark button.

6. Choose the green check mark button to exit the Bob WordArt balloon.

The text you created in WordArt is now printed in color on a color printer.
