SYMPTOMS
========
 
The following error message may be displayed when you start the Automap Global
Positioning System (GPS) software:
 
   Cannot Find TGPSDLL.DLL
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This error message is caused when the Trimble/Socket WinMobile software has not
been started before the Automap GPS software, or if you are using a GPS receiver
other than the Trimble/Socket receiver.
 
RESOLUTIONS
 
By default, the Automap GPS software looks for the Trimble/Socket WinMobile
software. The error message may be safely ignored if you are using a GPS
receiver other than the Trimble/Socket.
 
If you are using the Trimble/Socket WinMobile software, you must start the
WinMobile software before starting the Automap GPS software.
 
If you do not use the Trimble/Socket WinMobile software, you can prevent the
error message by renaming or deleting the file TRIMBLE.GPD in the GPS
subdirectory located in the Automap directory.
