SYMPTOMS
========
 
In Bob Letter Writer, you cannot highlight to the end of a line and try
to copy the information to the end of the same line or the beginning of
the next line by pressing and holding the CTRL key while you drag the
text.
 
This technique only fails when you try to copy text including the end of
the line to the end of the same line or the beginning of the next line.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To copy and move the information, do the following:
 
1. Highlight the line of text you want to copy.
 
2. Copy the text with one of the following methods:
 
   a. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the C key
      (CTRL+C).
 
   b. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the INSERT key
      (CTRL+INSERT).
 
      -or-
 
   c. Click the Copy button (to the right of the blue check mark) on the
      pencil.
 
3. Position your cursor where you want the new text.
 
4. Paste the text using one of the following methods:
 
   a. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the V key
      (CTRL+V).
 
   b. Press and hold down the SHIFT key, while you press the INSERT key
      (SHIFT+INSERT).
 
      -or-
 
   c. Click the Paste button (to the left of the Scissors) on the
      pencil.
 
The text is copied and pasted.
