SYMPTOMS
========

When you import a comma-delimited (.CSV) text file as a new address
book in Bob Address Book, its entries may not be sorted in the same way
as a list created in Bob Address Book.

CAUSE
=====

Entries are sorted in ascending order (from A to Z) by the last name
and then by the first name. Non-alpha characters, such as spaces,
numbers, and other characters are sorted to the top of the list. For
example, an entry that begins with a space appears in the list
before an entry that does not start with a space. Because Bob Address Book
deletes leading spaces when creating new entries, this behavior is not seen
with address books created in Bob Address Book.

RESOLUTION
==========

To cause the imported list to sort properly, edit each entry and
remove any leading spaces or other non-alpha characters.
