SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you use Microsoft Exchange in Windows 95 to access any shared-file-
system-based (SFS) post office, shared folders on the post office are not
available.
 
Examples of SFS post offices include the post offices created by Windows
for Workgroups 3.x, Windows 95, and Microsoft Mail 3.x.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
The Microsoft Exchange client in Windows 95 does not provide the ability
to view shared folders on an SFS post office.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To view shared folders in Microsoft Exchange in Windows 95, download and
run the Msfs32.exe file from online services. Make sure to read the
Readme.txt file included in the Msfs32.exe file for installation
instructions. You can obtain the Msfs32.exe file from the following
online services:
 
 - CompuServe
      GO MSL
      Search for Msfs32.exe or S15508
      Display results and download
 
 - Microsoft Download Service (MSDL)
      Dial (206) 936-6735 to connect to MSDL
      Download Msfs32.exe
 
 - Internet (anonymous FTP)
      ftp ftp.microsoft.com
      Change to the Softlib/Mslfiles directory
      Get Msfs32.exe
