When you create a table object in any Works module, the border or box
outlining the table cannot be removed.

You can minimize the appearance of the border by following the steps below.
 
1  Double-click the table.
 
2. Set the Fill and Line patterns of the table object to black.
 
3. With the square tool, create a box overlapping the table border exactly.
 
4. In the Fill Pattern section of the tool palette, select the no fill
   pattern icon, and set the Line Fill color to white. If the document has
   a colored background, set the Line Fill to that color.
 
5. The border should be concealed behind the edge of the square.
