SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to install an unlisted or updated driver using the Have Disk
button, you receive the following error message:

   The file <filename> on disk <diskname> could not be found.
   Please insert <diskname> into the drive listed below and click OK.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur if the OEMSETUP.INF file is in a directory that
has a long directory name. The Setup COPYFILE engine is incompatible with
long directory names.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:

 - In the Copying Files dialog box, type the 8.3 alias for the long
   directory name. For example, if the OEMSETUP.INF file is in a directory
   named "This is a long directory name," type "THISIS~1" (without
   quotation marks).

 - Move the OEMSETUP.INF and driver files to a directory that does not
   have a long directory name.
