SYMPTOMS
========

When you print notes from the Microsoft Bob Household Manager and
Financial Planner, an extra blank page prints and some lines of information
are missing.

If a single note in a list contains more lines of information than can fit
within the printable region of one page on any printer, an extra page
prints. However, the lines of information in that unprintable region are
not printed.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bob version 1.0.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND
==========

To print the additional lines of information, do the following:

1. Select to highlight the lines of information that did not print
   in the note.

2. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the C key (CTRL+C) to
   copy the information.

3. In Program Manager, double-click the Write icon, usually located in the
   Accessories program group.

4. On the Edit menu of Write, click paste. This pastes the information into
   Write.

6. On the File menu, click Print.
