SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a Great Greetings card, text inside a picture prints
incorrectly.

CAUSE
=====

Some picture files, called Windows MetaFiles (WMF), are created using
text functions that do not work properly when a picture is rotated.
When Great Greetings rotates a picture for a card when the text functions
in the file do not support rotation, the text may not print in the correct
orientation. The text may print upside-down, backwards, or reversed.

WORKAROUND

to your greeting card.
