SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you are configuring the CompuServe Mail service in Microsoft
Exchange, clicking the LAN button in the Setup Session Settings dialog
box has no effect.
 
Both the Help file and the Windows 95 "Resource Kit" (Beta version)
erroneously list the LAN button as an option.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
There is no support for connecting to CompuServe via a LAN with Microsoft
Exchange.
 
RESOLUTION
===========
 
Set up the CompuServe Mail service to use your local modem.
 
STATUS
======
 
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
