SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you run the Systems Management Server SITEINS process, a memory
leak occurs in Windows NT Server 3.51. This can be detected by tracking
Process\SITEINS\Private Bytes, Memory\Pool Paged Bytes and
PageFile\DosDevices %Usage.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This problem occurs when the site server has child sites reporting to it.
This leak is very slow, but can cause problems if the server is not
shutdown periodically.
 
STATUS
======
 
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. We are researching this problem and will post new
information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
