SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a letter from Letter Writer to a laser printer, only a
portion of your letter may print.

CAUSE
=====

This can occur if your Windows printer driver is not configured properly or
the printer does not have enough memory.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve the printing problems, try one or more of the following
troubleshooting suggestions.

- Make sure the memory setting for your printer driver matches the
  memory in your printer.

  -or-

 - On many printers, you can change resolution or dots per inch (DPI) to a
   lower setting. This can reduce the amount of memory required to print a
   page.

   NOTE: Reducing resolution can also reduce print quality.

   -or-

 - You may need to add memory on your printer. See your printer user's
   guide or contact the manufacturer for additional information about
   memory issues.

   -or-

 - Change the Printer Graphics mode from HP-GL/2 to Raster.
