SUMMARY
=======

In Bob Letter Writer, if you remove a recipient from the address book list
by clearing the check box next to the recipient's name, the sample address
label will not update to reflect this change. The recipient's name and
address still appear in the sample address label, even though you deleted
the name from your list of recipients.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To update the sample address label to show the correct recipient's name and
address, do the following:

1. In the letter you created in Bob Letter Writer, click the Other Option
   squishy, and then click the Add Or Change Recipients squishy.

2. Clear the check box next to the correct recipient's name (or any of the
   correct recipients, if you have more than one), and then click this same
   check box again to reselect it.

   The current recipient's name and address appear in the sample address
   label.

In Bob Letter Writer, when you select each recipient for a letter, the
person's address is displayed in the sample address label. However, if you
clear the check box next to a recipient's name in the address book list,
this action fails to update the sample address label. To update this sample
address label, you must select a recipient. Although this sample address
label may not display the correct address, Bob Letter Writer uses only the
addresses that you have selected as the recipients of the letter.
