SYMPTOMS
========

When you type text into a new Word Processor document, the blinking
insertion point moves but no text appears on the screen.

This problem occurs if your Chooser is set for a Hewlett-Packard (HP)
PaintJet printer driver version 3.07.

WORKAROUND
==========

You must change your document page setup by doing the following:

1. Open the problem document.

2. On the File menu, click Page Setup.

3. In the Page Setup dialog, select Match LaserWriter Print Area.

4. Click OK.

Text should appear as it is being typed.

NOTE: These steps must be taken with the PaintJet printer every time a new
document is opened.
