SUMMARY
=======

Bob Letter Writer is able to open text documents created in another program
and saved in Rich Text Format (RTF). However, document formatting and
appearance may change slightly as a result of differences between the
programs.

For example, when you import a RTF file into Letter Writer, the quotation
marks may look slightly different than they did in the original program. If
the document contained straight quotation marks, they appear in Letter
Writer as smart quotation marks.

MORE INFORMATION
================

Straight quotation marks look the same at the opening and closing of the
quoted text. Smart quotation marks are curled and have different shapes for
opening and closing marks.
