SUMMARY
=======

When you retrieve an address book from a floppy disk, if an existing book
with the same name is already on the hard drive, you have the option to
replace or rename the existing book. If you choose replace, Bob deletes any
mailing lists in the existing address book that were not included on the
floppy disk.

MORE INFORMATION
================

If you choose to give an address to someone you can save it on a
floppy disk. If you later choose to retrieve that address from the floppy
disk Bob warns that an address book with that name already exists.

At this point, you have the option to rename the address book, or replace
the one on your hard drive.

To avoid loosing any mailing lists based on this address book, always
choose to rename the address book.
