SYMPTOMS
========

When you are viewing the properties of a DriveSpace 3 compressed drive,
the capacity of the drive may be overstated.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur when Windows 95 is running in protected mode if
Drvspace.bin is loaded instead of Drvspacx.vxd.

RESOLUTION
==========

To correct this problem, extract the Drvspacx.vxd file from the original
Microsoft Plus! files. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Click the Start button, point to Programs, then click MS-DOS Prompt.

2. From the location where the Microsoft Plus! files are stored on your
   hard disk, type the following command:

      extract /l c:\windows\system\iosubsys Plus!_01.cab drvspacx.vxd

MORE INFORMATION
================

If the Drvspacx.vxd file is renamed, removed, or damaged, Drvspace.bin is
loaded in place of the protected-mode driver.
