MORE INFORMATION
================

The Online Services features in the versions of Microsoft Money listed at the
beginning of this article use the Telephony Application Programming Interface
(TAPI) to connect to your financial institution.

TAPI is supported in Microsoft Windows 95 or later and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0
or later. However, TAPI is not supported in Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 or
earlier.

When you attempt to use the Online Services features in one of the versions of
Money listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following
error message:

   The dynamic link library TAPI32.dll could not be found in the specified path
   <drive>:\<path>.

When you click OK, you may also receive the following error message:

   Money is unable to load the file <drive>:\<path>\xsnpc.dll. This
   could be because you don't have the file TAPI32.dll on your system. If you
   have TAPI32, please reinstall the software.
