Return Address Labels
---------------------
 
To create a full page of return address labels, do the following:
 
 1. Open Address Book.
 
 2. Type your name and address information in the Address Book.
 
 3. Click the Other Options squishy.
 
 4. Click the Create A New Book Or List squishy.
 
 5. Name your address book. Click the button with the right arrow.
 
 6. Click Address Book, and then click the button with the right arrow.
 
 7. Choose to make your new book private or to share it, this starts a
    new Address Book.
 
 8. Click the Other Options squishy. Click the Open Another Book Or
    List squishy, click your original Address Book, and then click the
    the button with the right arrow.
 
 9. Go to the page where you have your return address information.
 
10. Click the Other Options squishy.
 
11. Click the Move, Copy or Delete This Page squishy.
 
12. Click the Add Copy To Another Book squishy.
 
13. Click the new address book that you named in step 5.
 
14. Click Copy It. This copies the current page to your new address
    book. You need to repeat steps 10 through 14 as many times as
    necessary to fill a sheet of labels.
 
Address Labels
--------------
 
Follow the steps below to print a full page of address labels:
 
 1. Open the Address Book.
 
 2. Click the Other Options squishy.
 
 3. Click the Open Other Book Or List squishy.
 
 4. Click the new address book named in Step 5 above, click Continue.
    This opens your new address book.
 
 5. Click the Print squishy.
 
 6. Select the Print The Whole Address Book check box. Click Continue.
 
 7. Select the Labels, Rolodex Cards, Name Tags check box. Click Continue.
 
 8. Select the appropriate box for laser-printer labels or dot-matrix
    printer labels, and the specific label that you want to print to.
    Click continue.
 
 9. When you are asked where to start printing, make sure the Column
    and Row numbers are set to 1. Click Continue.
 
10. Click the Show What It Will Look Like Printed squishy to preview
    the output.
 
11. Click the Print squishy to print the labels.
