SUMMARY
=======

Microsoft Money automatically prints information in the proper
position on checks. However, because of printer and check variations,
it may be necessary to adjust print alignment.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To adjust check alignment, follow these steps:

1. Start Money.

2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Print Checks
   tab.

3. Under Printing Alignment, type the needed adjustments in the appropriate
   edit boxes.

   NOTE: The numbers are in sixteenths of an inch, and can be positive
   or negative.

   The first number controls vertical positioning on full sheets in
   portrait mode. A positive number causes information to print lower
   on the sheet. A negative number causes information to print higher.

   The second number controls horizontal positioning on full sheets
   in portrait mode. A positive number causes information to print
   farther to the right. A negative number causes information to print
   farther to the left.

   The third number controls vertical positioning on partial sheets
   in landscape mode. A positive number causes information to print
   lower on the page. A negative number causes information to print
   higher on the page.

   The fourth number controls horizontal positioning on partial sheets
   in landscape mode. A positive number causes information to print
   farther to the right. A negative number causes information to print
   farther to the left.

NOTE: When printing Partial Sheets or Single Checks with HPLJ Printers,
try printing one check at a time using the Envelope Tray w/Center Feed
Options if the Manual Tray is not available or will not print a partial
sheet of laser checks correctly.

The checks should print correctly if the following conditions are met:

 - The printer is correctly installed.

 - The correct settings (Check type, Printer, Check Source) in the
   Print Setup dialog box were selected.

 - Checks are feeding correctly into the printer.
