SUMMARY
=======
 
Word 6.0 includes a macro called PresentIt to create a PowerPoint
presentation based on the outline of the current Word document. To run the
PresentIt macro, do the following:
 
1. Create an outline in Word. Be sure to use Heading 1 through Heading 9
   styles for all the text you want to send to your presentation.
 
2. On the Tools menu, click Macro.
 
3. In the Macro Name list, click PresentIt.
 
4. Click Run.
 
The macro will create a PowerPoint presentation in which all Heading 1 text
becomes slide titles and Heading 2 through Heading 9 text becomes slide
body text.
 
If PresentIt is not available on the Macro Name list in Word, drop down the
Macros Available In list, and click All Active Templates or Present.dot
(Global Template).

The PresentIt macro is available in the Normal.dot template as an add-in
if:
 
 - PowerPoint is installed on the same computer as Word.
 
 - You chose OK when Word Setup asked if you wanted to be able
   to use Word documents in PowerPoint.
 
By default, the PresentIt macro is not assigned to a toolbar button.
