The Briefcase
-------------

The Briefcase is a file synchronization utility that assists you in
managing files between computers. It was designed to simplify the
synchronization of files used on multiple systems, such as home
and office systems.

Before Briefcase, if you used Money files on multiple computers, you
probably stayed up to date by comparing dates on your .mny files, and then
manually copied files that needed updating -- a tedious and error prone
process. The Windows 95 Briefcase minimizes these headaches by keeping
track of the different versions of your Money files.

For more information about the Briefcase, see your Windows printed
documentation or online Help.
