SYMPTOMS
========
 
The Works 4.0 Power Macintosh installation may hang (stop responding) on the
following computers:
 
   Power Macintosh 6100
   Power Macintosh 7200
   Power Macintosh 7500
   Power Macintosh 7600
   Power Macintosh 8500
   Power Macintosh 9500
   Power Computing PowerWave 604120
 
If the installation is successful, the program may hang with error type 11, error
type 1, or bad f-line error.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
This problem has been corrected with Microsoft Works 4.0c. You can obtain this
update by contacting Microsoft at 425-635-7160.
