Q. How much data can I enter in a cell in Works 4.0?
 
   A. Works 4.0 accepts up to 2K of data per cell. Each character
      typically uses one byte, and 2K is equal to 2048 bytes. However,
      some space must be allocated for special characters, such as
      dollar signs, negative value signs, and so on.
 
Q. What is Easy Calc?
 
   A. Easy Calc is a Works 4.0 feature that allows you to add,
      subtract, or perform other mathematical calculations quickly. You
      specify an operation, select the numbers, and click to insert the
      result. For information about how to use Easy Calc, see your Works
      online Help.
 
Q. How do I remove a print area once it has been created?
 
   A. You can reset the print area to the entire spreadsheet by
      performing the following four steps:
 
      1. On the Insert menu, click Range Name.
 
      2. Select the range called Print Area.
 
      3. Click the Delete button.
 
      4. Click the Close button.
