SYMPTOMS
========

When you edit the header or footer of a report, and you press the SHIFT key
and type "a," "p," "w," "i," or "h," you may receive unexpected results:
that is, instead of entering a capital letter in your header or footer, you
may activate a control associated with a shortcut or access key (for
example, SHIFT+A activates the Add button).

WORKAROUND
==========

To recover the use of the SHIFT key, use the following steps:

1. Make a note of which section you are entering text in (Left, Center,
   or Right) on the Header or Footer tab.

2. Click a different Alignment tab (that is, Left, Center, or Right).

3. Click the tab you noted in step 1 (Left, Center, or Right).

You should now be able to enter the desired uppercase letter in the header
or footer.
