SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you try to use the Copy To Word feature in Bookshelf on a computer
running Microsoft Word for Windows NT, you receive one of the following
error messages:
 
   WordBasic Err=543 Unable to open specified library
 
   -or-
 
   WordBasic Err=124 Unknown Command, Subroutine or Function
 
CAUSE
=====
 
The NT version of Word for Windows does not integrate with Bookshelf 1994.
Bookshelf 1994 is designed to integrate only with the 16-bit version of
Word for Windows 6.0.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Use the Bookshelf setup program to remove the Integration With Microsoft
Word feature.
 
1. Run Bookshelf 1994 Setup according to the instructions included in the
   package.
 
2. Click Add/Remove
 
3. Clear the Integrate With Word check box.
 
4. Click OK.
 
5. Click Continue to finish running Setup.
 
Now Word should start without the WordBasic Errors.
