SYMPTOMS
========

When you click the question mark (?) button in Money 4.0 or 5.0 on a
computer running Windows NT, the mouse pointer turns into a question
mark, and then back to the regular mouse pointer.

Help does not start.

STATUS
======

This is by design. The "What's This?" help, represented by the question
mark button on the Open or Import Dialog of Money 4.0 or 5.0, is not
available on Windows NT 3.51.

MORE INFORMATION

boxes: a Question Mark button. When you click this button, Windows 95
