SUMMARY
=======

In PowerPoint for Windows 95, version 7.0, you can build OLE objects
such as a Microsoft Graph or Microsoft Organization Chart all at once.
You can also go one step further by breaking down the object and building
portions of the object to create an interesting animation on your slide.

NOTE: Only use this procedure if you will not need to modify the object
later on.

MORE INFORMATION
================

In order to create these builds, use the following steps to ungroup the
object and convert it to a non-OLE PowerPoint drawing object:

1. Select the object.

2. On the Draw menu, click Ungroup.

   You will see this message:

      This is an imported object, not a group. Converting it to a
      PowerPoint drawing will discard embedded data or linking
      information. Convert to PowerPoint drawing?

3. Click OK. Each portion of the object has its own selection handles.

4. Click a blank area of your slide to deselect the object.

You can now select each piece of the object and give it individual
animation settings.
