SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you attempt to compose an e-mail message or open a message to read
it, you may receive the following error message:
 
   The command you specified could not be carried out. The Object could
   not be found. Microsoft Windows Messaging System Forms Registry
   13085[8004010f].
 
CAUSE
=====
 
The Frmcache.dat file is damaged. This file stores the message forms
needed to open or compose messages.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To correct this problem, follow these steps:
 
1. Use Windows Explorer or My Computer to rename the Frmcache.dat file
   in the Windows\Forms folder to Frmcache.xxx.
 
2. Click the Start button, and then click Run.
 
3. In the Open box, type the following line, and then click OK:
 
      c:\progra~1\Micros~1\mlset32
 
A message box stating "Configuring Microsoft Exchange" appears. When the
message box disappears, the configuration is done. You can return to
Microsoft Exchange and read or compose messages.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
The Mlset32.exe tool replaces the Frmcache.dat file with the Frmcache.bak
file.
