SYMPTOMS
========

When you are creating a draw object using Works 3.0 or 4.0, if you select
one of the pre-made pattern fills and print to the Epson Color Stylus
printer, the object prints at printer resolution instead of at screen
resolution.

The printer prints the pattern fill at 720 dots per inch (dpi). This causes
the pattern to appear so small that the object looks as if it is filled
with shading rather than a pattern.

WORKAROUND
==========

To resolve this problem, do the following:

 1. On the File Menu, click Print.

 2. In the Print dialog box, click Options.

 3. In the Options dialog box, click Screen Pattern.

 4. Click OK, and then click Print.

The document should now print using the pattern displayed on the screen.
