SYMPTOMS
========
 
If you open a PowerPoint for the Macintosh presentation that contains a
Graph 3.0 object in PowerPoint for Windows, version 4.0, you will not be
able to edit that object. If you try, you will get an error similar to:
 
   The server application or source file cannot be found. Make
   sure that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed.
 
If you try to convert a Graph 3.0 object in a translated PowerPoint 3.0 for
the Macintosh presentation to a Graph 5.0 object, PowerPoint 4.0 for
Windows will stop responding (hang).
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Open the PowerPoint 3.0 for the Macintosh presentation in PowerPoint 4.0
for the Macintosh. Convert the Graph 3.0 objects to Graph 5.0. Now you can
move the file to PowerPoint for Windows and have editable Graph objects.

object in PowerPoint 4.0 for the Macintosh, you can edit the Graph 3.0
object as a Graph 3.0 object.
