SYMPTOMS
========

When you cancel an Automatic Payment (Apay) by clicking Cancel
Automatic Payment on the shortcut or Edit menu in the Payment
Calendar, you receive a message that has inaccurate information.

CAUSE
=====

You can cancel an Automatic Payment in the Payment Calendar by clicking
the right mouse button on the bill in question. A shortcut menu allows
you to click Cancel Automatic Payment. You can also click Cancel Automatic
Payment on the Edit menu. This results in the following message:

   Do you want to permanently cancel this Automatic Payment?

   If you click Yes, Money will cancel it during your next
   connection.

   If the most recent instance of this payment is already
   scheduled in the Account Register, you can prevent it from
   being paid by voiding it there. To void it, highlight it in
   the register (it will have an "A," in the Number field), point
   to Mark As on the Edit menu, and then click Void. Be sure to
   send the instructions before exiting Money.

This information is incorrect. There is no "A" in the number
field.

In Money version 3.0, you would see an A or an E in the number field for
Apays and Epays respectively. However in Money 4.0, both Apays and Epays
show envelopes with lightening bolts.
