SYMPTOMS
========
 
Sound at the Bob front door is the wrong volume, even though the volume
level is correct after you enter the Home.
 
For example:
 
 - The front door knock is not heard.
 
 - Sound is too loud.
 
 - Sound is too quiet.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
The Default User sound is not adjusted properly. This setting is used at
the front door. This setting is not the same as the Guest setting.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve the sound problems, do the following:
 
1. At the front door, click the door to sign in.
 
2. When the "Who's There" balloon appears, click Cancel.
 
3. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the L key (CTRL+L).
   This opens the Bob volume control.
 
4. Adjust volume, and then click A-OK. This changes the Default User volume
   setting.
