This article describes how to add a graphics image to a mailing label or
envelope form. Note that this article assumes that you have already created
the mailing label or envelope form.

Works 3.0
---------
 
To add a graphics image to a form in Works 3.0, follow these steps:
 
 1. Open the form in Design view.
 
 2. On the Apple menu, click Scrapbook, or open a PICT file or document
    in another program to copy the image you want to add to the form.
 
 3. Select the image, and then click Copy on the Edit menu.
 
 4. Click the form to select it, and then click Paste on the Edit menu.
 
 5. Resize the image as needed by dragging the handles.
 
 6. Drag the image to the appropriate location on the form.
 
 7. On the Window menu, click Draw Off.
 
 8. On the Form menu, click Data View.
 
 9. On the File menu, click Page Setup. Select the appropriate page type
    or paper size, and then click Document to make any necessary changes
    to the margins.
 
10. On the File menu, click Print.

Works 4.0
---------
 
To add a graphics image to a form in Works 4.0, follow these steps:
 
 1. Open the form in Design view.
 
 2. On the Insert menu, click Picture. Click the appropriate image (for
    example, an image in the Clip Art folder), and then click Insert.
 
    NOTE: You can also copy an image from a document in another program
    and paste it into the form.
 
 3. Resize the image as needed by dragging the handles.
 
 4. Drag the image to the appropriate location on the form.
 
 5. On the View menu, click Data View.
 
 6. Scroll through the records in the form to verify that image is
    placed correctly in relation to the data.
 
 7. On the File menu, click Page Setup. Select the appropriate page type
    or paper size, and then click Document to make any necessary changes
    to the margins.
 
 8. On the File menu, click Print.
