SYMPTOMS
========
 
You may receive the following message even though you did not install
Internet Explorer 2.0:
 
   Additional Installation Information:
 
   The Microsoft Internet Explorer files have been successfully copied
   to your computer. To continue, restart your computer and then double-
   click the Internet icon on your desktop.
 
In certain circumstances, this dialog box may continue to appear after you
click OK.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This message can occur in any of the following situations:
 
 - If you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to view the Close Program dialog box while
   the Internet Starter Kit main window is open, and then click End Task,
   you may receive the message.
 
 - If you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to view the Close Program dialog box while
   the Internet Starter Kit main window is open, and then click Cancel,
   the message may be repeated continuously.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Click OK to close the message box. If the message continues to appear,
quit the Internet Starter Kit by clicking the Close button in the upper
right corner of the Internet Starter Kit main window, and then click OK.
 
STATUS
======
 
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Internet Starter Kit
version 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
