SYMPTOMS
========

When you create a report with the Show Field Names and Show Gridlines
options enabled, the upper gridline for the field name at the top of each
page may not be visible on any of the pages after page 2 when you print
or preview the report.

RESOLUTION
==========

To adjust the report's layout so that the upper gridlines are visible when
you print or preview the report, follow these steps:

1. On the Format menu, point to Report Options, and then click Layout.

2. Click the field whose upper gridline is not visible directly under the
   Page Heading bar.

3. On the Edit menu, click Select All.

4. Press the DOWN ARROW key to move the field(s) one pixel lower on
   the page.

5. Drag the Data bar slightly lower on the page so that the fields that
   appear between the Page Header bar and the Data bar are not cut off.

6. On the Format menu, point to Report Options, and then click Layout
   to view the report.
