SUMMARY
=======

The following article describes how to test the ability of Works 4.0 to
insert a PICT file in a document.

To complete the test, do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Works 4.0.

2. When the Works Startup screen appears, click New. This creates a new
   word processing document.

3. Press and hold down the SHIFT+COMMAND keyboard keys, and then press
   the NUMBER 3 key (not the numeric-keypad key). This creates a screen
   capture file on the hard drive.

   NOTE: You may hear a sound like a clicking camera shutter.

4. On the Insert menu, click Picture.

5. Select the hard drive.

6. Select the Picture # file from the list box, where # refers to the
   number of the Picture file just created, and click Insert.
