SYMPTOMS
========
 
After connecting to Online Services, the following message may be
displayed:
 
   One or more instructions you sent could not be processed. Click
   OK and read the details in the Call Summary dialog box.
 
Then, a message similar to the following is received from Online
Services in the Call Summary dialog box:
 
Money 98 and 5.0
----------------
 
   (From ISC Banks)
   Error: Your Anytown Bank Savings account was not found at this Bank.
   Please go to the Account Details place and verify that the information
   for Savings is correct.
 
   (From OFC Internet Banks)
   Account Anytown Bank Savings was not found on the server, or some of the
   information you supplied is invalid.
 
Money 4.0
---------
 
   ERROR: Anytown Bank savings account Savings was not Found.
 
Money 3.0
---------
 
   ERROR: Anytown Bank savings account 123000456789 was not found.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Make sure that all account information in Money is exactly the same as
the information in the signup kit.
 
1. If you are using Money 98, in the Online Banking area, click
   Getting Started, and then click number 5, Change Online Services.
 
   If you are using Money 5.0, in the Home Banking place, on the Accounts
   tab, click Select Online Services.
 
   If you are using Money 4.0, click the Signup button in the Online
   Services area.
 
2. Click Next and make sure the information displayed is identical to
   what the signup kit has.
 
3. Repeat step 2 until Money asks you to select the first account you
   want to set up for Online Services. Click the account in the list
   that corresponds to the account in the error message.
 
4. Click Next and make sure the information displayed is identical to
   what the signup kit has. Make sure that the Account type you've
   selected in Money matches the signup kit.
 
5. Repeat step 4 until Money asks you if you want to set up another
   account. Click Yes if the error message indicated there was another
   account that was not found, and repeat step 4. Otherwise, click No,
   click Next, and then click Finish.
 
Money should now communicate successfully with Online Services.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
This error may occur if some of the account information in Money is
different from what is on the Sign-up sheet. For example, if a savings
account is set up as a checking account, or if the account number is
incorrect, this error can occur.
 
If you did not receive a Sign-up sheet, please contact your member bank or
Online service.
