SUMMARY
=======

In the Bob Letter Writer when you scroll up or down the page, the cursor
does not move with your scrolling.

For example, with the cursor at the top of the page, when you scroll down
the page using Page Down, visually you move down the page. When you attempt
to add text at the bottom of the page however, text is added at the top of
the document where the cursor has remained.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To correct this behavior, click the mouse pointer where you want
to start typing; this moves the cursor to the desired location then you can
begin typing.

If the cursor remains at the top of the page after you have clicked the
mouse pointer elsewhere you need to press the enter key to cause the cursor
to move down the page.
