SYMPTOMS
========
 
If you are using Windows NT 4.0 and are running on a network, you may not
be able to connect to your Open Financial Connectivity (OFC) banking
provider using Microsoft Money 5.0.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
On Windows NT 4.0, you must start your Internet Service Provider software
before clicking the Connect button in Microsoft Money if you want to use
OFC banking. This applies only if Windows NT 4.0 is attached to a network.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
Computers that are running Windows NT 4.0 and are running on a network may
not support Autodialer, so Money cannot initiate the call to start the
Internet software.
