SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to connect to an Open Financial Connectivity (OFC)
provider using MSN, The Microsoft Network online service, you enter your
password into the Call dialog box and click the Connect button. Money then
displays the status message, Dialing, and then the following error message
may appear:

   Online Services is not responding. Please try again later, or
   call Online Services Customer Support. You can find the number
   on the Contact Information tab in the Home Banking area.

The MSN Sign In dialog does not launch and the modem never actually
dials.

RESOLUTION
==========

Exit Money and restart Money. You can now initiate the call to your
bank.

MORE INFORMATION
================

This occurs if you try to connect and then click Cancel on the MSN
Sign In dialog. The next time you attempt to connect, the Call
Progress does not go past Dialing and the MSN Sign In dialog does
not launch.

This is a known behavior for MSN. If you cancel a connection
through MSN while using another application, you must exit that
application before you can try another connection through MSN.
