SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
When you have a form open, the Show All Records command on the Records menu
is not available.
CAUSE
There are three possible causes for this behavior:
Set the form's AllowFilters property to Yes, or bind the main form to a
table or query by adding that table or query to the form's RecordSource
property.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
When the AllowFilters property is set to No, the following commands on
the Records menu will not be available: Edit Filter/Sort, Apply
Filter/Sort, and Show All Records.
